摘要
分析了越江盾构隧道接缝防水密封垫止水机理及耐久性失效成因,基于橡胶接触应力松弛的经时老化模型,针对上海长江隧道三元乙丙弹性密封垫开展了加速热氧老化试验,研究了其接触应力松弛行为,预测了密封垫作为防水材料的使用寿命.
Based on an analysis of the waterproof mechanism and cause of durability failure,a time-dependent aging model concerning the contact stress relaxation of waterproof material was developed and accele-(rated) thermal oxidization test on the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer(EPDM) gasket employed in Shanghai Yangtze river tunnel was conducted.The behavior of contact stress relaxation of gasket was studied and its service life as a waterproof material was predicted.
