玻璃纤维增强磷酸镁水泥复合材料的耐久性 被引量:35

Mechanical Performance of Glass Fiber Reinforced Magnesia-Phosphate Cements in Accelerated Aging

摘要 试验研究了玻璃纤维织物对磷酸镁水泥(MPC)砂浆试件抗弯强度的影响以及加速老化条件下其抗弯强度的变化;测试了玻璃纤维原丝老化前后的拉伸断裂荷载和不同老化龄期MPC硬化体的pH值;观察分析了玻璃纤维原丝老化前后的微观形貌.结果表明:磷酸镁水泥砂浆基体与涂胶玻璃纤维织物有较好的黏接力,两者复合可大幅度提高试件的抗弯强度;MPC基体对玻璃纤维无明显的腐蚀作用,可有效改善玻璃纤维增强复合材料的耐久性. The effect of glass fiber textile on flexural strength of MPC mortar specimens containing glass fiber reinforcement and change of its flexural strength after accelerated aging were researched. The tensile rupture load of glass fiber before and after accelerated aging and pH value of hardened MPC paste with different aging time were tested. Micro-morphology of glass fiber were observed and analyzed. The experimental results show that MPC mortar can strongly adhere to glass fiber textile impregnated with epoxy resin and the flexural strength of composite material specimens is improved significantly, MPC mortar hardly erodes glass fiber and can effectively improve the durability of glass fiber reinforced materials.
