CL-N263萃淋树脂分离金与铂、钯的研究

Study on the Separation of Gold from Platinum and Palladium by CL-N263 Levextrel Resin

研究了ＣＬ－Ｎ２６３萃淋树脂分离金与铂、钯的条件，即先用０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＣｌ溶液淋洗除去贱金属离子，然后用０．８ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＣｌ－１．６ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＮＯ３混合液洗脱铂、钯，再改用２％硫脲（ＴＵ）溶液洗脱金。用该法对实际含金样品的浸出液进行了分离、分析，获得了满意的结果。本文还对ＣＬ－Ｎ２６３的萃金机理作了初步探讨，认为是阴离子交换机理。

The separation conditions between Au(Ⅲ) and Pt(Ⅳ),Pd(Ⅱ) on the CL-N263 levextrel resin were studied.The common ions were firstly removed by 0.1mol/L HCl,and Pt(Ⅳ)and Pd(Ⅱ)were leached out by 0.8mol/L HCl-1.6mol/L HNO 3 mixture solution.Au(Ⅲ)was then eluted out by 2% thiourea.The practical samples were separated and analyzed by this method,and satisfactory results were got.In addition the reaction mechanism between Au(Ⅲ) and CL-N263,which indicated anion exchange meahanism,was preliminarily discussed.
