摘要
目的观察预注小剂量琥珀胆碱对由琥珀胆碱引起的血钾浓度变化、肌颤和术后肌痛的影响.方法ASAⅠ、Ⅱ级病人42例,随机分为两组,研究组于诱导前预注琥珀胆碱0.2mg/kg;对照组预注体积相同的生理盐水后诱导插管,观察诱导期病人肌颤、血钾浓度变化及术后肌痛的发生情况.结果研究组肌颤、术后肌痛发生率及血钾浓度升高显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论预注小剂量琥珀胆碱能有效预防去极化类肌松药所引起的肌颤、血钾升高及术后肌痛的发生.
Objective To observe the effect of preinjecting suxamethonium on the suxamethonium-induced the increasing concentration of serum potassium, muscle fasciculation and myalgia. Methods Forty-two patients of ASA class Ⅰ-Ⅱ, were divided to two groups randomly. Patients in research-group were preinjected with suxamethonium 0.2 mg/kg , Patients in control-group were preinjected with 0.9% sodium chloride injection, and then was induced and tracheal intubated. The concentration of serum potassium of patients was measured and the incidence of muscle fasciculation of them was observed during induction. Postoperative myalgia was observed after intubating. Results The serum potassium levels increased significantly after being induced (P 〈 0.01) in control-group, but did not obviously change in research-group (P 〈 0.05). The incidence of muscle fasciculation and postoperative myalgia in research-group was evidently lower than control-group. Conclusions Preinjection of suxamethonium can effectively reduce the suxamethonium's side effects such as the increasing serum potassium, the muscle fasciculation and myalgia.
