摘要 噬菌体抗体库技术将噬菌体展示技术与PCR技术相结合,在噬菌体表面成功表达抗体可变区基因,从而得到多样性噬菌体抗体集合。目前,噬菌体抗体库技术逐渐成为获得人源性抗体的主要手段之一,已有多株来源于噬菌体抗体库技术的单克隆抗体应用于临床。现就噬菌体抗体库构建、筛选及应用作一综述。 The technology of phage-displayed antibody library is based on the combination of phage display and PCR. By using the phage display, antibodies can be expressed on the surface of bacteriophage, and diverse antibody library can be constructed. It becomes one of main approaches to obtain human antibodies, which have been used in clinical diagnosis and therapy. In this article, we summarize the progress in this filed, including the construction, selecting and screening as well as application of phage antibody libraries.
