von Hippel-Lindau病1例报告

摘要 1病例报告患者，男性，47岁，因反复头晕、行走不稳15年于2008年3月11日入住广西医科大学第一附属医院神经外科。患者于1993年始出现头晕伴行走不稳。外院CT及MRI检查报告：鞍区、右桥小脑角区及双侧小脑增强病灶。院外诊断脑膜瘤，
