摘要
在工业炉窑内,应用金属及陶瓷辐射网,是一种提高炉内有效热、降低出炉烟温的新型节能技术。它不仅能强化炉内传热、提高加热能力,还可降低烟气出炉温度,从而提高炉子热效率。试验研究表明,采用网状辐射元件可使加热时间缩短10~20%,出炉烟温可降低100~200℃。
Application of metal and ceramic radiation net to industrial furnace is a new techniquefor energy saving. It can not only increase the heat transfer and heating up capacity of furnace,but also decrease the temperature of the flue gas and therefore increases heat efficiency offurnace. The experiments show by using this new technique, the heating time can be reducedby 10-20%, and the temperature of flue gas can be reduced by 100--200℃.
