摘要
对中国石化股份有限公司洛阳分公司Ⅱ套催化裂化装置的柴油系统存在问题进行了分析。从安全、技术、管理等方面提出了改进措施,消除了事故隐患,满足了装置安全生产需求。对国内同类生产装置的流程安全改造有一定的参考意义。
The problems in the light cycle oil system of No. 2 FCC unit in SINOPEC Luoyang company were analyzed, and improvement measures were recommended in respect of safety, technology and manage- ment etc. After implementation of these measures, the accident potential has been eliminated and safe operation has been ensured. It provides a good reference for the revamping of similar process units for safety reasons.
