云南医药“两网”建设的药品配送问题研究——以华润医药有限公司为例

Study on Medicines Distribution Based on Medical Supervision Network and Supply Network of Yunnan Medicine

针对云南省大多数农村处于偏远的高原山区,广大农民"看病难、看病贵"以及"缺医少药"等状况,选择了从云南一家中小型的医药企业角度出发,来探讨如何在云南开展两网(药品监管网、供应网)建设中的药品配送问题。指出利用邮政网络配送,发展和共同配送,以及优化配送路径是解决问题的有效途径。

Taking a medium and small-sized medicine enterprise as an example, the paper discusses the medicines distribution in the construction of medical supervision network and supply network in Yunnan Province and proposes to use postal network to develop joint distribution.
