摘要
分析了食品物流企业运营存在的问题及业务流程优化的意义;以三元物流企业为实例,在对其流程进行分析的基础上,分别对其出、入库业务流程建立Petri网模型,借助ExSpect仿真软件进行仿真分析,并提出了相应的优化措施。
The paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation of food logistics enterprises and their business process optimization, and taking Sanyuan Logistics Company as an example, discusses its business process, establishes Petri net model of warehouse input and output business process. Then ExSpect software is used to simulate the model and the relevant optimization measures are put forward.
