首先分析了供应链的关键流程,给出了面向流程的供应链成本控制点分析方法。在分析现有供应链成本数据采集缺陷的基础上,进行了供应链成本数据采集系统设计。该系统包括供应链内部成员的数据采集系统和供应链外部成本数据采集系统。内部采集系统采用现场总线与集成部件和GPRS网的相关技术。还给出了绿色农产品供应链RFID中间件系统设计、现场总线技术与GPRS技术的集成部件设计和核心企业供应链成本信息管理平台设计方法,为绿色农产品供应链动态成本数据采集系统提供了技术基础。

The paper analyzes the key process of supply chain and the cost control method in supply chain, designs a cost data collected system of supply chain after analyzing the shortages of present SC cost data collected system and finally provides such design methods as RFID middle parts of green agricultural product supply chain, integrated parts of site bus technologies and GPRS technologies and SCM information platform of core enterprises.
