Analyzing the E-commerce logistics integration risk of E-commerce Enterprises in the mode of 3PL and combining with the risk theory, the paper establishes a corresponding risk evaluation index system, builds up a risk evaluation model based on fuzzy neural network by combining fuzzy logic and neural network. Some improvements are made to the neural network training algorithm to improve learning efficiency.
