摘要
自动导引小车动态性能的优劣直接影响到自动化立库的可靠性和效率,传统的经验设计方法很难掌握其动力学特性变化规律。以昆船集团研发的自动导引车为例,进行了合理的几何结构简化与有限元网格划分,建立了自动导引车的动力学模型。按照小车的实际受力情况完成载荷与边界条件的加载,利用MSC/Nastran进行了分析计算,得到了小车在加速行走和急停过程中的结构应力、变形以及疲劳寿命。
Taking AGV developed by Kunming Shipbuilding Equipment Group as an example and based on the structure reasonably simplified and meshed, a finite elements model of the AGV is built. Applying MSC FEA software and through the dynamical response simulation of the elevating table in the process of speedup and abrupt stop, both the stress distribution and deformation are acquired and the life eirele is also discovered. Therefore, an effective and feasible analysis way for the AGV design is provided.
