摘要
从工作实际出发运用极大似然估计法确定了设备零备件的需求量概率,在此基础上建立了经费额度约束条件下的零部件存储数量优化模型,运用粒子群优化算法对模型进行了求解,通过计算机得到了模型的最优解,最终完成了零备件存储数量的优化,并通过实例验证了此方法的可行性,为相关单位确定零备件的存储数量提供了定量化的参考依据。
The maximum likelihood estimation technique is used to determine the demand probability of spare parts based on practical work. Then the paper eatablishes a spare parts stocking quantity optimization model in the constraint of the fund, solves the model with particle crowd optimized algorithm model, gets the optimal solution with a computer and realizes the optimization of spare parts stocking quantity. Finally an example is shown.
