Through the studying on the traffic capacity and service level of Linshui segment,the article introduces the traffic capacity calculating formula and parameter selection process.It argues that this road segment s traffic capacity can satisfy the traffic demand before 2020.The methods and suggestions of improving the road traffic capacity are introduced as well.
