摘要
文章针对当前道路运政执法现状,分析了运政执法人员暂扣车辆的条件、处理依据、期限及保管问题,对如何正确合法地暂扣车辆,提出了相应的意见和对策。
Pointing at the actuality of road law enforcement,the article analyzes the conditions in which car detention is allowed and the time length,storing issues and other problem.It provides corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to make car be detained accurately and legally.
