摘要
目的：探讨细胞周期蛋白E（cyclin E）在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法：采用免疫组化SP法观察32例皮肤鳞状细胞癌标本中cyclin E的表达情况。结果：在对照组皮肤细胞核内未见阳性表达；在观察组鳞癌组织中表达定位于细胞核，呈棕黄色，阳性染色细胞散在分布于表皮组织中。Cyclin E在鳞癌组织中阳性表达较正常人对照组高，两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。同时Cyclin E在各级鳞癌组织间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：Cyclin E在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性表达上调，在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中各分级间表达强度有显著差异，显示Cyclin E表达可能是判断皮肤鳞状细胞癌生物学行为的重要指标。
Objective： To discuss the expression of cycle E protein in cutaneous squamous carcinoma. Methods： The expression of cycle E protein in 32 eases of cutaneous squamous carcinoma were detected by the immunity SP. Results： The positive rates of cycle E protein in cutaneous squamous carcinoma were 68.8%, while in normal tissue was negative, There was significant differences between them（P〈0.01） ,and the expression of cycle E protein were significantly correlated with tumor growth pattern and differentiation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion.. The cycle E plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cutaneous squamous carcinoma.
