摘要
目的：探讨吻合器痔上粘膜钉合术治疗混合痔的效果。方法：单纯采用PPH治疗以Ⅲ～Ⅳ期内痔为主的混合痔。结果：123例病人平均手术时间15．2min。术后1d疼痛发生率22．8％，术后尿潴留8．9％，术后大便带血20．32％，术后水肿15．5％无感染及复发。结论：PPH治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期混合痔手术时间短，并发症少，是治疗混合痔的理想方法。
Objective： To assess the effect of proeeure for prolapse and hemorrhoids. Methords：123 cases of Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree haemorrhiods were treated with PPH from July 2005 to April 2009 Results：123 patients, the operation--time was 15.2min. In the nextday pain after operation was 22.8 %, The bleedingrate was 20.3%, After operation the urinaryretention was 8.9%. Edema of perianal was 15.5%. No infection and No recurrence, Conclusion ： PPH is effective, safe, with few complications for treatment haemorrhoids.
