miRNA与乳腺癌 被引量:2

摘要 miRNA即microrna,长约18~26个核苷酸(nt),通过碱基配对的方式作用于相应靶mRNA,导致靶mrna降解或转录后翻译受抑。目前,人类已发现326个miRNA基因,计算机预测可能会超过1000个,约30%的蛋白编码基因受miRNA调控。miRNA的主要功能是调节生物体生长、发育和疾病发生过程中有关基因的表达。大量研究表明,miRNA在肿瘤细胞中表达水平的异常,是肿瘤发生、发展的重要影响因素。本文将对miRNA在乳腺癌发生发展过程中的作用作一综述。
