摘要
研究了太平洋和南极普里兹湾及其邻近海域细菌数量分布特征,并就其与诸环境因素的影响进行了讨论.结果表明,所调查的太平洋和南极普里兹湾及其邻近海域的细菌数量分布大都处于107~108个/dm3范围之内,发现太平洋中部的细菌数量分布高于其东部和西部,这主要与中部海域合有丰富的生物营养物质有关.由于受到水动力的影响,太平洋某些站位水层(0~50m,500~700m)中出现高细菌量值.发现南极普里兹湾及其邻近海域向外延伸的某些断面的细菌数量有逐渐递增趋势.
──The distribution of bacteria number was investigated in the Pacific Ocean and the Pryts Bay of the Antarctica and its adjacent waters. Some of environmental factors to effect the bacterial numbers are discussed.The investigated results show that the bacterial number in the surveyed zone varied between 107~108din-3. It is found the bacterial number of the middle Pacific Ocean zone was as much as that in eastern and western waters of the Pacific Ocean. This is due to the biological nutrients material here more than higher the another zone of the Pacific Ocean, the number of bacreria with some of the section water such as Station P23 and Station P48 (0~50 m or 500~700 m deep) more than higher the other section waters at the same deep layer waters. As a result of effect of water dynamics in these deep layer waters. Also it is found that the bacterial numbers in some section waters have increase more and more high trend from continental borderland to sea Waters forward stretching in the Pryts Bay of the Antarctica.
