摘要
针对无缝钢管张力减径产品的管形问题,将张力减径过程分为机架内的轧制变形和机架间的网格再生过程,在有限元软件Marc平台上,建立了管形预测的分组有限元模型,进行三维热力耦合有限元模拟研究。结合某厂产品的轧制工艺,进行了管形模拟分析,并与实测数据进行对比,验证模型的可靠性。该模型为提高产品质量、指导工艺设计提供了研究手段。
Aimed to the tube shape for multi-stand stretch reducing rolling unit of seamless tube, the stretch reducing process was divided into rolling deformation in the stand and remeshing among the stands. The group finite element model of tube shape prediction has been established to simulate this process by means of 3-D thermo-mechanical coupled finite element method on the platform of FEM software Marc, The simulated tube shape was analyzed according to the product rolling technical of a company. The reliability of the model was verified by comparing the actual measured data with the simulated results. The model provides the means for improving product quality and instructing technological design.
