摘要
介绍俄罗斯铁路运输科学研究院通过对1996年—2007年俄罗斯铁路脱轨事故的调查,找出造成脱轨的四大原因,提出应在组织管理和技术设备方面采取措施,防止脱轨的发生。
Through the investigation of derailment accidents on Russian Railway between 1996--2007 by Russian Railway Transportation Science Academy, the four main causes to derailment are found out, it is put forward that measures should be taken in the aspects of organization, administration and technical equipment to avoid derailment.
