社会人力资本视角下的现代企业理论

The Modern Theory of Enterprises from the Perspective of Social Human Capital

通过对现代企业理论的简单梳理发现,该理论认为企业团队的存在是既定的,但这种假设并不能清晰回答为什么"队"生产率会提高的问题。人力资本产权研究作为企业理论研究的一个很重要的分支也没有就此问题给出较好的答案。社会人力资本研究范畴的提出,不仅可以拓展人力资本研究的新领域,而且可以更好地解释企业团队产生的真正原因。将企业看作是人力资本与非人力资本之间以及个体人力资本相互之间的双层合约,可以进一步完善企业契约理论;对社会人力资本进一步的深入研究将有助于推动现代企业理论和其它相关经济理论的完善和发展。

The modern theory of Enterprises suggests that the team in company is a fixed existence, but that can not clearly answer why the ＂team＂ will increase the productivity. Research on human capital property rights, which is the important branch of firm theory, can not give a better answer for it. Research on social human capital can not only expand new areas of this research but also explain the reason for team emergence. Regarding firm as a two-tier contract between human capital and non-human capital as well as between individual human capitals can further improve the firm contract theory, which also can promote researchers to improve and develop the modern theory of firm and other relevant economic theory.
