血管生成素及其受体对脑缺血后微血管生成作用机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 血管生成素及其受体对于脑缺血半暗带血管新生和侧支循环的形成有重要作用。本文对血管生成素家族及其受体的结构和生物学特征,在生理性血管生成中的作用特点,以及在脑缺血后微血管生成中的作用机制做一综述,同时对血管生成素及其受体在临床应用中遇到的问题及未来的应用前景予以分析。
