2009年10月11～13日,"国际金融危机与我国企业发展"学术研讨会暨我国企业管理研究会2009年年会在沪成功举行。本次年会以"国际金融危机与我国企业发展"为主题,立足于国际金融危机的大背景,全面、深入地探讨了外部环境变化对企业发展的影响。与会代表就企业发展环境变迁、企业战略转型与创新、中小企业发展、品牌建设以及社会责任等专题展开研讨。

＂International Financial Crisis and China Enterprise Development＂ Seminar and 2009 Annual Conference of Chinese Enterprise Management Research Association was held successfully in Shanghai from 11^th to 13^th October. This conference, focused on ＂International Financial Crisis and China Enterprise Development＂, based on the background of International Financial Crisis, discussed the influence of crisis on enterprise development comprehensively and thoroughly. The deputies argued about such topics as the transition of enterprise development environment, the enterprise strategy transition and innovation, the development of SMEs, brand establishment and corporate social responsibility.
