摘要
采用放射性同位素技术测定了在渗^(14)C过程中^(14)C在不同量室温形变工业纯铁奥氏体中的扩散系数,并对渗层进行自射线照相。结果表明:形变30%能明显增大^(14)C在γ-Fe中的扩散系数,提高渗^(14)C速度;透射电镜分析结果表明形变30 %能增大材料中的位错密度,促进^(14)C的扩散过程。
In this paper, the diffusion coefficients of the ^(14)C in austenite of armco iron specimens vari-ously cold deformed were investigated by using the radioisotope technique, and it was autora-diographed on the carburization surface layer. The experimental results show that room-tempe-rature deformation of 30% can increase notablely the diffusion coefficients of the ^(14)C in auste-nite and the carburization rate. TEM study indicatsi that room-temperature deformation of 30%increases the dislocation density in the material, so that it promotes diffusion process of the^(14)C in austenite.
