摘要
随着社会经济的发展,我国食品产业规模和产业结构30年间发生了深刻的变化,从根本上解决了人们的温饱问题。但近些年来全国城镇化速度的加快和人们食物消费方式的转变,给食品行业又带来了新的机遇和挑战。分析了建设都市型食品产业的起因和影响该产业发展的主要因素,借鉴发达国家有关经验与做法,探讨了营养健康食品的开发方向和加快发展我国都市型食品工业的思路及途径。
With the social and economic development, the food industry and industrial structure 30 years profound changes have taken place in solving the problems of the people of food and clothing. But in recent years the national urbanization faster and people are changing the way of food consumption, to the food industry and poses new opportunities and challenges. This paper analyzes the construction of the cause of the urban-style food industry and affect the industry, the main factors affecting the development of the developed countries the experience and practice, explore the development of nutrition and health food and Chinese in the direction of the city-type ideas and food industry.
