摘要
通过响应面分析法对蚕豆壳中原花青素的微波提取工艺进行优化。在单因素法对提取影响因素进行初步考察后,以BBD(Box-Behnken design)法设计考察微波提取功率、提取时间、溶剂浓度3因素对原花青素提取率的交互影响,用Design-Expert7.1.3软件对BBD实验数据进行分析处理。蚕豆壳中原花青素最佳提取条件为:微波功率387.5W,提取时间8.3min和提取剂浓度48.4%。根据提取率计算,蚕豆壳中原花青素含量为9.15%。
Response Surface Method(RSM)was applied to optimize the extraction condition of procyanidine from broad bean shell. The influence factors of microwave power, microwave radiation time and extraction solvent concentration were investigated at a three-variable, three-level experiment Box-Behnken design(BBD). The best possible combination of extraction parameters obtained is as follows: microwave power 387.5 W, microwave radiation time 8.3 min and extraction solvent concentration 48.4%. The content of procyanidine in broad bean shell is 9.15% calculated from the extraction rate under the optimum extraction condition.
