摘要
以山东板蓝根为材料,研究了在不同温度、不同pH、不同酶量、不同酶作用时间等单因素下对多糖得率的影响,以此结果为参照,运用正交实验法优选多糖提取最佳方案。结论表明:在纤维素酶2.0%、果胶酶1.0%、胰蛋白酶2.0%、温度为50℃、pH5、时间为70min板蓝根多糖的提取率最高,板蓝根多糖平均得率为20.34%,此法优于热水浸提法。
The material was selected for polysaccharide of Radix isatidis of Shandong, polysaccharide yield was studied by different time, different enzyme, defferent pH and defferent temperature, on the base of this, by orthogonal design, the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharide of Radix isatidis were studied using pectase and papain simultaneously. The result is indicated that by 2.0% cellulase, 1.0% pectase plus 2.0% trypsinase under the conditions of extraction temperature 50 ℃, extraction time 70 min and pH5, the extraction rate of radix isatidis polysaccharide was the highest, 20.34%, the method was better than water extract method.
