摘要
悬浮填料的结构对其挂膜性能影响较大,设计时需要重点考虑其结构优化。在现有悬浮填料结构的基础上进行改进,设计三种新型填料结构,采用注射分析软件对这些悬浮填料的注塑性能进行模拟计算,了解塑胶熔体在填料模腔中的流动状况,得到这些填料结构上各点的注塑时间、塑胶压力、温度和塑胶流动状况等数据,并根据这些数据比较它们之间的注塑优劣,数据显示,加筋多面空心球结构注射性能比较好。
The structure of suspended packing influenced performance of suspended bio-carriers, so the optimization of suspended packing structure should be considered in design. Three suspended packing structures are designed base on improving the existing structure. Their injection performances, such as best location of injection ,fill time, and injection pressure are compared by injec- tion molding analysis, and optimizing the structure of suspended packing via injection molding analysis. The results show that the multi-plane spherical structure has better injection economy efficiency.
