汽车真空助力器试验台采集数据处理规范的研究

Study of data treat on test bed of automotive vacuum booster

指出国内真空助力器特性曲线特征值的数据处理尚缺乏统一的规范,提出真空助力器特性参数的采集方法,和以最小二乘法作为助力器助力比的数值处理的计算方法。同时,提出以助力比线性度参数来作为评价助力器品质新的性能指标。

It is pointed out that the absence of norm on data treat of vacuum booster characteristic value in China, and put forward that the collection method of data is best by unit of displace or force and least squares method should be used to obtain boost proportion of vacuum booster from data of test bed. A new linear parameter is put out as a new performance index of vacuum booster.
