摘要
投资者关系管理作为战略性沟通工具,具有投资者保护、价值创造与危机管理等功能。为了最大限度地减少危机给企业带来的损失,企业希望通过有效的沟通,提高企业声誉,恢复股东和利益相关者对公司的信心。实施危机投资者关系管理,第一,要建立科学完善的公司治理体系,加强危机的防范;第二,要加强危机管理团队的建设和管理,做好组织保障工作;第三,要克服危机沟通障碍,提高危机情境下的披露效率。
The author puts forward that as a strategic communication tool, investor relation management is playing a role in investor protection, value creation and crisis management. To minimize losses brought by crisis, the enterprises hope to improve their reputation and recover the trust of stockholders and stakeholders with the help of effective communication. To implement the investor relation management in crisis, we should establish a scientific and perfect corporate governance system and strengthen risk prevention, strengthen cultivation and management of the crisis management team to provide the organizational guarantee, and conquer hinders in crisis communication to improve the efficiency of disclosure in the light of crisis.
