摘要
久效磷对扁藻的生长有较强的抑制作用,其72h半抑制剂量(72h·EC_(50))为1.49mg/L.进一步研究结果表明:(1)久效磷的胁迫处理引起藻细胞碳水化合物含量的增加,随着胁迫强度的加大和胁迫时间的延长,其含量越来越高;(2)久效磷胁迫下,藻细胞中有些游离氨基酸的含量上升,有些下降,有些基本不变。同时氨基酸的总量也发生变化。
The monocrotophos could inhibit the growth of Platymonas sp. and its 72h ?EC50 is 1. 46mg/L. Further research shows that; (1) The monocrotophos could cause an increase in car-bondehydrate content, which becomes higher with promoted intensity and prolonged time of stress; (2) Under monocrotophos stress, the content of some amino acids increases, while that of others decreases. Meanwhile, changes in the total amount of amino acids also occur.
