摘要 以2,6-二氯吡啶为原料,通过硝化、氨化、甲氧化合成2-氨基-3-硝基-6-甲氧基吡啶,反应总收率60.6%,产物结构通过IR、1HNMR进行结构表征,证明结构正确。 2-amino-3-nitropyridine-6-methoxy was synthesized from 2,6- Dichloropyridine by substitution, nitration, ammoniation and oxidation. The overall yield of the reaction was 60.6%,the structure of the product was identified by IR and 1HNMR. The final product was gained.
