摘要
在石油管道远距离长输过程中,需要实现控制室与现场的通讯。介绍了罗斯蒙特质量流量计HART通讯实现的方法、HART通讯模块的编程设计、罗斯蒙特流量计数据采集HART方式的实现;在485通讯接口损坏时,通过HART方式实现了数据的采集和流量计参数的调整。
In long-distance transportation process with oil pipeline, communication between the control room and on-site needs to be realized. In this paper, realization method of the Rosemount mass flowmeter HART communication , the program design of HART communication module, realization of HART approach in the Rosemount flowmeter data collection were introduced. When the communication interface 485 was damage, the data collection and adjustment of flowmeter parameters were realized by the HART approach.
