摘要
在金属波纹管机械密封中存在着扭转振动,这使密封面间的油膜压力呈动态特性。本文建立的动态膜压公式表明,膜压是时间、接触面上的径向位置、以及膜压变动基数的函数,并与油膜的粘温特性密切相关。实验结果与理论分析容完全一致。
There exists torsional vibration in metal bellows seals. The existence of torsienal vibration makes oil film pressure between the two seal surfaces show a dynamic feature. The formula of dynamic oil film pressure has been established and it indicates that oil film pressure is a function of time, radial position of contact surfaces and oil film pressure variation criterion. In also closely relates to the viscous-temperature feature of oil film. The experimental results correspond to the theoretical conclusion quite well.
