摘要
理想晶体具有完整的周期性,但实际晶体往往是非理想的,它们或多或少都含有一定的缺陷结构,而晶体的许多性质都与缺陷结构有着密切的关系。控制缺陷浓度就能控制晶体的性质。各种物质吸收微波的能力随其组成、结构的不同有明显的差异,而晶体中存在的各种缺陷产生的偶极驰豫正是导致晶体吸收微波的一个重要因素,它将以介电损耗的方式直接影响物质吸收微波的能力。
Ideal crystal have whole cyclicity. But actually crystal often is not ideal. They contains some structural defect. Many quality of materials strongly relies on its structural defect. The ability in absorbing microwave of matenals exist clear difference in pace with difference of its composition and structural. While, the doublet relaxation that various defect exist in crystal produced is the important factor that due to crystal absorbing microwave.
