摘要
研究了钒-9-(3,5-二溴)水杨基荧光酮-CTMAB三元配合物的显色反应条件,在pH5.5的六次甲基四胺-HCl缓冲溶液中,钒与试剂形成1∶2的配合物,其最大吸收波长λmax=557nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=1.81×105L·mol-1·cm-1,钒含量在0~9μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律.采用适当的分离手段,测定了钢样中的微量钒,结果满意.
The condition of colour reaction of vanadium with DBSF in the presence of CTMAB were studied.In the pH=5.5 buffer solution of hexamethylene tetramine hydrochloric acid,vanadium reacts with DBSF and CTMAB to form a 1∶2 complex with maximum absorption at 557 nm.The molar absorptivity is 1.81×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer′s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0 ̄9 μg/25 ml for V(V).The method has been applied to determine micioamounts of vanadium in steels by proper isolated method.
