宽域水力旋流器内液相流场的模拟与分析

摘要 提出了一种可同时分离重质和轻质固体颗粒物的宽域水力旋流器,并利用CFX流体软件,对旋流器内在流量为25m3/h试验参数下的切向速度、轴向速度、径向速度及其对颗粒运动分离的影响进行了模拟与分析。结果表明:旋流器内流场是一种三维非轴对称的湍流旋转流场,但在锥体底部,流体流动具有一定的对称性;切向速度对称性较好,使得内部流场较稳定,径向速度的分布规律性不强;在旋流器内存在一个最佳径向速度分布利于分散相颗粒沉降。 A new type of liquid-solid hydro-cyclone is proposed.This hydro-cyclone can separate heavy and light particles at the same time.The software fluid CFX was used to simulate and analyze the tangential velocity,axial velocity,radial velocity and their impact on separation of particles in the hydro-cyclone.The results showed that: the flow field inside the hydro-cyclone is a non-axisymmetric three-dimensional rotational turbulent,but the fluid flow in the cone at the bottom is symmetry in a certain degree.Tangential velocity is fairly symmetry,making a more stable internal flow field.the distribution of radial velocity is not in order,but in the cyclone exists a distribution of radial velocity conducive to the particles settlement.
