摘要
提出了一种新的粗煤泥的分选方法,即首先把粗煤泥粉碎到普通的泡沫浮选能够获得精度分选的粒级,然后采用泡沫浮选进行分选。磨煤试验和显微镜分析表明:粗煤泥经过粉碎后,其中的无机矿物得到了一定程度的解离,有利于提高精煤的产率。粗煤泥经磨碎至d50为82.57μm后,采用普通的泡沫浮选,可使浮选精煤产率达到70.00%以上,而精煤灰分低于11.00%。与目前采用的重选方法处理粗煤泥的工艺相比,该工艺分选效果有了显著的提高。
Presents a new method for separating coarse coal slime,that firstly coarse coal slime to the size fraction that can be sharply separated by froth flotation,and then separated by flotation.Grinding test and micro-analysis shows that the inorganic mineral was liberated after the coarse coal slime crushed witch facilitating increase yield of clean coal.When the coarse slime crushed to d50,that is 82.57 μm,the clean coal yield great than 70.00% but ash content of clean coal less than 11.00% with separated by traditional flotation process.The separation efficiency increased markedly by this process compared with separating coarse coal slime by gravity separation method.
