急性有机磷农药中毒患者血清心肌酶和TNF-α测定的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Determination of Changes of Serum cTnT,CK,CK-MB and TNF-α Levels in Patients with Acute Organic Phosphorous Pesticide Poisoning(AOPP)

目的:探讨急性有机磷农药中毒患者血清中cTnT、CK、CK-MB和TNF-α含量的变化及临床意义。方法:cTnT采用胶体金法,CK、CK-MB采用速率法,TNF-α采用ELISA,分别对患者组58例,对照组49例进行检测。结果:患者组cTnT明显高于对照组(P<0.05)有显著差异。患者组CK、CK-MB、TNF-α也明显高于对照组(P<0.01)有显著差异。结论:检测血清中cTnT、CK、CK-MB和TNF-α对患者有机磷农药中毒患者的程度及其预后有非常重要的作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes of serum cTnT,CK,CK-MB and TNF-α levels in patients with AOPP.Methods Serum cTnT（with colloid gold method,CK,CK-MB（with speed rate method） and TNF-α（with ELISA） levels were measured in 58 patients with AOPP and 49 controls.Results The serum cTnT（P〈0.05） and CK,CK-MB,TNF-α（P〈0.01） levels in patients with AOPP were all significantly higher than those in controls.Conclusion Increase of serum cTnT,CK,CK-MB and TNF-α levels might reflect the severity of cardiac damage in patients with AOPP and were of prognostic importance.
