摘要
从按劳分配到按生产要素贡献分配,既是我国分配制度的伟大变革,也是我国分配理论的重大创新。改革开放30年来我国经济学界围绕分配理论的争论,始终是和价值理论的争论紧密联系在一起的。按生产要素贡献分配理论和原则的确立,对于重新认识剥削和私有制的关系,对于保护私人财产和发展非公有制经济,都具有极其重要的意义。
The shift from ＂Distribution according to Work＂ to, ＂Distribution according to Contribution of Production Factors＂ represents not only a great change in the distribution system, but also a major innovation in the theory of distribution in China. Since 1978, the contention on the theory of distribution has always been closely linked to the controversy on the value theory in the academic community. The establishment of the theory and principle of ＂ Distribution according to Contribution of Production Factors＂ is of vital importance for rethinking the relationship between exploitation and private property, and for the protection of private property and the development of the nonpublic sectors of the economy
