摘要
采用蒙特卡罗法对电厂锅炉入炉煤质在线软测量系统进行测量特性模拟,得到被测量的虚拟测量样本,采用该样本分析被测量的分散性,得到煤的各种成分含量和低位发热量的测量合成不确定度.研究表明,软测量技术能够较为准确地测定煤的主要成分含量和低位发热量,性价比高,适宜与设备效率监测系统相配套,是一项有应用前景的电厂热工测量技术.
Monte Carlo simulation on measurement characteristics of coal online soft sensor in utility boiler were carried out,and virtual samples were obtained to analyze the measurement dispersion and evaluate the combined standard uncertainties.The results show that coal online soft sensor in utility boiler can measure on coal calorific values and most of element contents,and can be easily matched with efficiency monitoring system,coal online soft sensing technique is practice valuable in power plant.
