摘要
通过对矿区生态产业链(网)的分析,划分出产品生态产业链、剩余生态产业链和能量生态产业链3种矿区生态产业链类型;指出了矿区生态产业链结构是由前导产业、传递产业、末端产业所组成.在此基础上创新性地构建了矿区生态产业链(网)的链接方式,并对矿区生态产业链网的群落性、产业分布的不对称性、逐步发育性等特性进行了系统描述;创建了矿区生态产业链网产业规模优化的多目标线性优化模型,提出了矿区应采取的措施,即当主动产业单元剩余规模超过被动产业单元吸收规模时,可通过扩大被动产业单元规模和将过剩物质进行产业链网外处理;反之,应缩减被动产业单元规模或从产业链网外获取剩余物.当两者规模等同时,矿区生态产业链网产业单元处于协调状态.
Based on eco-industrial chain analysis of mining area, three eco-industrial chain types of mining area were divided into production eco-industrial chain, surplus eco-industrial chain and energy eco-industrial chain, and pointed out that the industry structure of eco-industrial chain in mining area were made of precursor industry, delivery industry, and bottom industry. Based on above research, the link modes of mining ecologic industry chain were constructed creatively and the characteristics of group, asymmetry and progressive elaboration of ecology industry chain (net) of mining area were described systematically. Multi-objective linear optimal model was set up based on industry scale optimization of eco-industrial chain in mining area. Put forward some measures taken by mining area. That is, when the surplus scale of active industry unit exceeds the absorbing scale of passive industry unit, mining area can enlarge the passive industry unit scale and deal with the surplus material outside the industry chain (net), adversely, the mining area should decrease the passive industry unit scale or get the surplus material from outside of industry chain (net), and when the two scales are same, industry chains (net) unit of eco-mining area is coordinated.
