摘要
M701F型单轴燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的常规安装顺序为燃机—汽轮机—发电机,深圳前湾燃机电厂为解决燃机比汽轮机推迟到货而影响机组安装进度的难题,采取汽轮机-发电机-燃机的新吊装顺序。介绍了该新吊装方案的燃机卸车、拖运、吊装工艺,并进行了吊装架构梁的刚度和强度的校核分析,以及拖板的受力分析。该方案具有无需拆除原构筑物、基础施工方法合理、锚固基础效用佳等技术特点。
M701F single-shaft gas-steam combined cycle unit is conventionally erected in order of gas turbine—steam turbine—generator.To prevention the erection schedule of unit from being influenced by the delayed arrival of gas turbine,new erecting order of steam turbine—generator—gas turbine is adopted in Shenzhen Qianwan Gas Turbine Power Plant.The gas turbine unloading,hauling,lifting and erecting procedures in the erection scheme are described.Checking analysis of the rigidity and strength of the lifting beam is made long with the stress analysis of the hauling base plate. The scheme is technically featured by unnecessary dismantlement of original structures, reasonable foundation construction method and efficient anchor foundation, etc.
