摘要
分别从烟气脱硫(flue gas desulfurization,FGD)系统、机组控制逻辑及旁路挡板快开执行机构等几方面分析大唐潮州电厂1号机组脱硫增压风机(boost up fan,BUF)跳闸后炉膛压力急升过高并引起送、引风调节波动的原因,确定了引起炉膛压力急升的主要原因在于脱硫旁路挡板快开过慢、机组侧送风控制逻辑及引风动叶存在问题,最后提出解决问题的办法。
The reasons for furnace pressure rising sharply after tripping of boost up fan(BUF)in Unit 1 of Datang Chaozhou Power Plant and the ensuing adjustment fluctuation of forced and induced draft are analysed from flue gas desulfurization(FGD)system,control logic of unit and the actuator of bypass diaphragm fast opening,etc.Analysis results show that the fault was mainly caused by the fast opening problem of desulfurization bypass diaphragm,the defective air-supply control logic on unit side and the moving blade problem of induced draft fan(IDF). The solution is given finally.
