压光辊辊面的保护措施及其修复技术

Protective Measures and Repair Techniques for Surface of Calender Roll

延长硬辊压光机、超级压光机和软辊压光机的压光辊辊面使用寿命及保护措施,受到造纸机压光机的维护人员的关注。在材料选择上,对软辊包覆层材料中的填料、底胶料进行改进或者以树脂辊代替纸粕辊,对硬辊材料的冷硬灰铸铁,改为中频表面淬火的球铁或者热喷涂碳化钨,都可以提高压光辊辊面的使用效果。最后还对压光辊辊面的加工工艺进行了总结。

Protection measures for extending Rolls＂ life including hardware calender, super calender and soft calender are concerned by staffs which are responsible for maintenancing calender. Improving rolls＂ effects can be by changing coating material of soft roll, rubber or resin roller instead of paper calender roll, frequency surface hardening of ductile iron or thermal spraying WC for roll. Finally, new processes for repairing calender roll are summarized.
