对于煤炭企业运销业务无疑是销售过程中最为关键的一环,该业务的管理水平和运作情况能够直接决定煤炭企业的效益水平。但是目前我国煤炭企业运销业务管理水平良莠不齐,使用的管理系统架构普遍落后,不利于加强管理和控制。论文根据开滦集团蔚州矿业公司运销系统的现状,分析了其业务运作模式,关键流程以及管理特点,分析并设计了基于最新管理思想和技术的新运销系统,旨在加强该公司运销业务的管理水平。

For a mining enterprise the selling business is no doubt one of the most important businesses among its all operations. The management level and operation preferment can affect the benefits of the company greatly. This operation in Chinese mining enterprises is performed in different levels. The architectures of the IT supporting systems are generally out of time, which don＇ t fit the operation requirements any more. According to the status of the business of Yuzhou Mining Company , this paper analyses its business mode, key procedure , management personality and features, with which it offers a new coal selling system that is based in the current enterprise management ideas and IT technology.
