摘要
用溶剂萃取法从盐酸介质中萃取酪氨酸。以十二烷基苯磺酸钠为萃取剂,磺化煤油为稀释剂,磷酸三丁酯为调相剂。考察了各种因素对酪氨酸分配比的影响,确定了萃取及反萃过程的最佳工艺条件。研究了萃取及反萃过程的热效应,计算了萃取和反萃取的理论级数。
The extraction of tyrosine from hydrochloric acid medium was studied. In the experiments sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate acid was chosen as extractant, kerosene as solvent and TBP as additive agent. The effects of temperature, pH and extractant concentration on the distribution coefficients of tyrosine were discussed. The optimum conditions of extraction and stripping are obtained. The entropy changes in extracting and stripping reaction are -9.23kJ/mol and 11.2kJ/mol respectively. The sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate of extraction and stripping numbers of theoretic stages are 5 and 4 respectively.
