摘要
采用超声方法,对电熔池壁砖内部的缩孔、裂缝、孔洞缺陷进行了无损检测。结果表明,采用国产超声波探伤仪,在实验室条件下,基本上能够检测出电熔池壁砖内部常见缺陷的大小、形状和位置,并提供了有实用价值的超声参数值。
In this paper, an ultrasonic wave method is tried to carry out the non destructive test of the inner defects such as shrinkage cavaties, cracks and pores in fused cast refractoies. The results show that the home made ultrasonic wave equipment is suitable for detecting the size, configuration and location of the common defects in fused cast refractories under the given experimental conditions, some practicable ultrasonic wave testing parameters are provided too.
